"The Blackstone Merlot perfectly demonstrates the "Blackstone style" - rich fruit aromas, elegance, supple oak characters and soft tannins." (Blackstone). With flavors of black cherry and berry and a hint of spice, this will please all. As the texture is ripe and soft in the mouth and a lingering cherry finish. This lovely Merlot will work well with rack of lamb and tomato-based pasta dinners.

Good, though a bit light, almost watery. Definately more charachter than a Pinot, without any strong tannins.
